The monastery is a « school » where those whom Christ calls to become sisters learn to love, at each moment of life, by patiently supporting other people’s physical and moral weaknesses. 
As in any family, each member has his task to perform, either in a household service, or in paid work. But efficiency and competence must combine with the quality of fraternal relations made up of respect and humility.
In all things, it is all about living the Gospel
